Rental Terms and Conditions

This is an important document, please read it before ordering.

CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY ORDERING PRODUCTS OFFERED ON OUR SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT

•  The RENTER shall keep and maintain the rented clothing items during the terms of the rental at her own cost and expense. She shall keep the clothing in a good state, with normal wear and tear such as zipper failures, missing buttons, small rips and tears or spills.

• The RENTER shall pay the OWNER full compensation for the replacement and repair of clothing units which is not returned because they are lost or stolen or any clothing units which were damaged beyond repair and we are unable to put them in the same condition as they were in at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted.

• If a periodic rental rate is charged by OWNER, rental charges are billed to the RENTER for each period or portions of the period from the time the clothing units are delivered to the RENTER for the full term even if the clothing units are returned before the end of the term. lf the clothing units are not returned during the end of the term, then the rental charges shall continue on a full-term basis for any additional term or portion thereof until the clothing units are returned.

No allowance will be made for any rented clothing units which are claimed not to have been used.

•  The RENTER shall not pledge or encumber the rented clothing units in any way. The OWNER may terminate this agreement immediately upon the failure of RENTER to make rental payments when due, or upon RENTER's filing for protection from creditors in any court of competent jurisdiction

• The RENTER indemnifies and holds OWNER harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind for repossession and for all consequential and special damages for any claimed breach of warranty.

• The RENTER shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by OWNER in the protection of its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken against OWNER to collect any amounts due to the OWNER under this rental agreement

If an item is damaged due to washing without following proper care instructions, RENTER will be liable and charged the full retail value of the item.

Cancellation of the booking is available prior chosen booking date, before we ship your order. After the order is shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
