• Ivana has 9+ years of experience working in the Fashion industry, with education in inventory management.
• She has worked at Adidas for more than four years as an inventory control, quality control and sorter associate. 
• She was a part of Mississauga Fashion Week, Miss Face of Humanity, Mass Exodus, Hamilton Fashion Week and others.
• Feb 19th,2020 with help from Sobeys, No frills, Brantford Public Library, family and coworkers. Ivana organized " You are valuable" project for Nova Vita
• She was a committee member and helped organize Mask it, Talent and Fashion Show in Brantford,2022. Which was a two days fashion event heald at Harmony Square. 

 In 2022, she took the initiative to start the Philia Friends program, which gives away products and services each month to support local businesses while sharing their stories.
