Why Should I Rent Instead Of Bying?

There are many advantages of renting (you can try different styles that you wouldn't purchase otherwise, it is cost-effective, no washing is required, no closet clutter, our body changes, and your style changes..) Furthermore, it is better for the environment because we can offer better quality and there is less production of garments because the clothing is reused instead of purchasing new.

We suggest you rent the product first because you can try it and wear it for 50 days, money that you paid for renting will be reduced from the product value in case you decided to purchase the unit so you are not losing anything.

When Will I Receive My Product? 

Please allow up to 5 days after ordering for product fulfilment and delivery. We will do our best to ship the product as soon as possible

Do I Need To Pay For The Repair Of The Rented Product

For regular wear and tear that occurs while the product is used as advised and well taken care of (like zipper repair, small rips, colour fade, knees tear pockets and button holes get worn out too) there is no product repair fee. The RENTER shall pay the OWNER full compensation for the replacement and repair of clothing units which is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any clothing units which were damaged beyond repair and we are unable to put them in the same condition as it was in at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted. 

What To Do In Case A Stain Or Rip Happen On A Rented Clothing Item?

We understand that accidents happen and damages are possible. Before attempting to treat a stain or alter a clothing unit, please reach out to us for advice. Our goal is to ensure the longevity of our garments by taking proper care of them, so they can be loved and shared or recycled rather than ending up in a landfill. 

What About Discount Codes?

 To ensure the best product prices that we can offer, we are providing small discount codes to our partners and Ambassador team, that you can use. This can be done by adding code at the checkout.

What If An Item Doesn't Fit?

 When it comes to online shopping, selecting the right size can be a challenge. Keep in mind:

If you receive units that are either too small or too large, you can return them within 24 hours of delivery for store credit. However, please keep in mind that the delivery fee will be deducted from the order amount. The units must be in the same condition as they were received.

Can I Buy A Preloved Product After Renting It?

 Absolutely! Please, contact us and we will offer you a DEAL on the item, based on its quality, current condition, and whether or not it was previously rented. All items undergo quality control by our product repair service before being sold.

What If I Am Not Able To Return Product On Time?

Late returns of rental items will result in late fees of $15 per item per day. If items are returned more than 7 days late, the full retail value of the item will be charged in addition to any applicable late fees. Please ensure timely returns to avoid these charges. We will send you email reminder 5 days before return date,

Should I Wash The Clothing That I Recived ?

When you receive your order, you'll find care instructions included based on the material used. It's important to note that washing the rented units is not necessary, but if you choose to do so, there will be instructions provided. Once we receive the return, we'll take care of all garment cleaning.

How Do You Sanitize Clothing That Is Been Returned?

Our Quality Assurance program inspect all returned products to ensure that they meet our high standards for quality. Additionally, we offer a garment repair service to help extend the lifespan of our products. If a product has been altered, we will make sure to update its description accordingly. Our commitment to cleanliness and hygiene is also a top priority. We thoroughly wet wash and use high-temperature steam to disinfect and de-wrinkle all returned clothes.
